F.A.S.T. KIDS - Staying Safe While Home Alone Gr 2-5EnrichmentFirst Aid and Safety Trained Kids is a 4-hour course for 7-10 year olds. This course helps prepare children for staying safe at and away from home. Lessons cover basic first aid, water safety, vehicle safety, home emergencies, injury prevention, and stranger and internet safety. Food Poisoning - How to Give It & How to Get It - Adult 16+EnrichmentFood Safety and Food Allergies are a huge part of our society. Learn how to serve food safely and to prevent the transfer of allergens. This class is based on the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe program. Anyone who works with food should attend this class, whether you are a food service worker, church volunteer or helping with food events. Football - High School Camps Gr 9-12SportsGr 9th Football Camp: Focus for this camp will be on individual techniques, skills and implementing the varsity schemes for offense, defense and special teams. Led by the varsity and 9th grade football staff. Players will be checked out equipment starting at 4pm on Monday, July 20th and will use that equipment for camp as well as the upcoming fall season which will start on August 17th. This camp is separate from the varsity camp. All camp participants will receive a camp t-shirt if registered BEFORE July 19th. Gr 10-12th Football Camp: The focus of this camp will be on individual techniques and skills centered around Warrior football. A large emphasis of camp will be working on the Warrior football schemes, drills and installations. This camp will also be used to prepare for our team camp at St John's University on Friday, July 24th. The remainder of the camp will be dedicated to fun competitive drills and centered around football and learning the game. All equipment will be pre-issued. All camp participants will receive two camp shirts if registered BEFORE July 19th. Included in both of the above camps are skills nights for the following position groups, these are no extra cost to attend and are located at the high school from 6-7:30pm. Football - Middle School 7 on 7 Gr 6-8SportsThere will be a 6th grade division and a 7/8th grade division. The first half of the evening will be skill work, then the teams will be split up equally for 7 on 7 games, with help from the varsity football staff and players. They will compete in their division. Players may be moved around to balance the competitiveness of their team as needed to play 7 on 7 games. Playing time will be equal for everyone. Each session will also include some aspect of a leadership lesson for the players to take with them. Attendance would be awesome but summer happens and we understand if you miss at times.Summer 2026 -

Football - Middle School Camps Gr 6-8SportsGr 6-8 Big Man Football Camp: This camp is for players aspiring to be offensive and defensive linemen. Players will be instructed by grade level on the skills and techniques that go with becoming a successful football player in the Warrior football program. This camp is meant to be instructional, fun and competitive. Players will play 7 on 7 each night, as well as other lineman competitions. To guarantee a T-shirt you must register BEFORE August 9th. Gr 7-8 Team Football Camp: This is a non-contact camp and does not require any equipment except cleats, t-shirt and shorts. The focus of the camp is to give middle school football players a jump start on their middle school season. Participants will be broken up by grade level to begin learning the basic offensive and defensive schemes for their upcoming school season, as well as have opportunities to compete and use what they learned at the Big Man Camp. The remainder of the camp will be dedicated toward fun competitive drills centered around football and learning the game. To guarantee a T-shirt you must register BEFORE August 24th. Vault skills such as handstand to hollow onto pit, proper run and hurdle step. Bar skills such as pull up, pike glide, tuck, pike, straddle holds, monkey tap swings, pullovers. Beam skills such as front support to straddle mount, walk, kick, straight jumps across beam, handstands on beam, cartwheel stick on low beam, round off dismount. To allow for the most people to benefit from the program, please only register for one session per level, per person. We reserve the right to remove participants registered for more than one session. Parents are responsible for their own children during this class and MUST be with them at all times. Different stations and mats will be set up for your little one to explore and be introduced to gymnastics. Hang and swing on the low bar, jump in the foam pit, walk across the beam, tumble around on the floor and explore all that gymnastics has to offer. Gymnastics ElitesSportsGymnasts must have mastered Pre-Team and receive approval from the coaching staff, or reach out to Megan to assess if your gymnast is ready to join Elites, if they are not from Brainerd. Gymnasts will continue to improve and learn new skills from prior classes. They will begin to learn routines and what it would be like to compete. This will prepare them to join the high school team when they are asked. Current Pre-Team gymnasts will be assessed during June 2026 to determine if they are ready to move up.Summer 2026 -

Gymnastics Little Rascals Ages 4-6SportsBasic tumbling and apparatus skills will be taught in a fun environment! Parents are welcome to watch from the bleachers. Class size is limited. When your gymnast is 6 years old (1st grade or older), we welcome you to register your gymnast for Beginners. To allow for the most people to benefit from the program, please only register for one session per level, per person. Gymnastics Pre-TeamSportsParticipants must have mastered the Selects level and received congratulations and approval slip from coaching staff to participate. Gymnasts will be introduced to advanced tumbling and intermediate apparatus skills. Floor skills: round off back handsprings, back tucks, front tucks, full-twisting jumps, switch leap, and full handstand pirouette. Vault skills: front handspring over the vault table with very light spot and introduction to 1/2 ons. Bars skills: glide kip, back hip circle on low and high bars, big hollow-body casts, big tap swings on high bar, flyaway with spot and proper technique on side drills. Beam skills: stuck cartwheel on high beam, back walkover on high beam, split leaps, full turn, connected jumps, and introduction to round off and back handspring and back tuck dismount. Gymnasts who are in the Pre-Team class will be assessed at the end of the summer session to determine their eligibility to be a part of the Elites competitive team.Summer 2026 -
Gymnastics Selects Gr 1+SportsParticipants must have mastered the beginners level and received congratulations and approval slip from coaching staff to participate in this class. The following tumbling and apparatus skills will be mastered in this class. Floor: Back and front walkover, handstand forward roll, backward roll to handstand, flight round off, twisting jumps of all shapes, split leaps, front handspring, and introduction to back handspring. Vault: Handstand to hollow on raised port a pit, proper run and hurdle, handspring over vault table with spot, proper technique on side drills.Bars: Pullover, Hollow body cast, back hip circle, tap swings on low and high bar in hollow body position, low bar squat on, proper technique on side drills, and introduction to kips.Beam: connect jumps on all shapes, ½ toe turns, mastered beam routine with cartwheel on high beam, and introduction to back walkovers and round offs.Summer 2026 -
