Beginner Pole FitnessRecreationThe focus of the Beginner class will be on gaining familiarity with the pole and creating a proper foundation on which to build future pole skills. Emphasis will be placed on learning correct hand and body positioning, as well as learning how to do moves with control. Infinite Lines: A 6-Week Floor Flow SeriesRecreationThis series is designed to bridge the gap between technical strength and creative expression, helping you develop the "floor-to-air" intelligence that makes movement look effortless. We will focus on "melting" into the floor, learning to move with both power and intention. We’ll dive deep into leg isolations and loops to create long, beautiful lines, and master crawls that command attention. We’ll also get upside down with acrobatic foundations like shoulder stands, rolls, and scorpions, teaching you to use the floor as a launchpad rather than an obstacle. Whether you want to stay low to the ground or level up your transitions on the pole, this series builds the core stability and shoulder mobility you need to move fluidly in every dimension. **Please note these dates are different than the printed guideSummer 2026 -
