Students will prepare a quick homemade dough and use it to create savory garlic knots, customizable personal pizzas, calzones, or hot pocket-style creations. We’ll practice mixing, kneading, shaping, filling, and baking while learning how dough becomes the foundation for so many different foods. To finish the class, we’ll turn the same dough skills into a sweet treat: cinnamon monkey bread!
