Brainerd Youth Cross Country Gr 1-6

Youth cross country running with Joe and Erica Webster.  Come learn the basics of age appropriate long distance running. Sessions involve dynamic warm up, running technique, skill work, running games and a warm down.  Running race dates to be determined.  All runners will get a running singlet when registered by August 10th. Sessions will be Mondays at 5:00pm and Saturdays at 12:00 pm  Participants will meet at the tennis courts at Forestview. Max cost per family is $60.
