Food Poisoning - How to Give It & How to Get It - Adult 16+

Food Safety and Food Allergies are a huge part of our society.  Learn how to serve food safely and to prevent the transfer of allergens.  This class is based on the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe program.  Anyone who works with food should attend this class, whether you are a food service worker, church volunteer or helping with food events.  Handouts will be provided for all class attendees.
